The following privacy policy has been translated as a service. The original version can be viewed in German on this page. In case of doubt, the German version shall be the legal basis.


The following information gives you a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit our website. Personal data is any data with which you can be personally identified.

§ 1 Information about the collection of personal data

  1. In the following, we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.
  2. § 3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website

  1. In the case of mere informational use of the website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO):

    1. This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and functionality of which are explained below:
      - Transient cookies (thereto b)
      - Persistent cookies (c).
    2. Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include, in particular, session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests of your browser can be assigned to the common session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. § 6 Use of your data from this form

The personal data that you provide to us in the context of this contact request will only be used to respond to your request or contact and for the related technical administration. The data will not be passed on to third parties.
You have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. In this case, your personal data will be deleted immediately.
Your personal data will also be deleted without your revocation if we have processed your request or you revoke the consent given here for storage. This also happens if the storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons.

§ 7 Integration of Google Maps

  1. On this website we use the offer of Google Maps. This allows us to show you interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to comfortably use the map function.
  2. By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding sub-page of our website. In addition, the data mentioned under § 3 of this statement will be transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. § 8 Privacy policy due to the use of a YouTube plugin

This website contains at least one plugin from YouTube, belonging to Google Inc. based in San Bruno/California, USA. As soon as you visit a page of our website equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. In doing so, the YouTube server is informed which specific page of our website you have visited. If, on top of this, you are logged into your YouTube account, you would enable YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can negate this possibility of association if you log out of your account beforehand. § 9 Use of YouTube in extended data protection mode

We use the provider YouTube to embed videos. The videos are embedded in the extended data protection mode. Like most websites, however, YouTube also uses cookies to collect information about visitors to its website. YouTube uses these, among other things, to collect video statistics, to prevent fraud and to improve the user experience. Also, this leads to a

§ 10 Use of Klicktipp

How do we use Klick-Tipp?

  1. In our online communication with you, we use the services of KLICK-TIPP LIMITED, 15 Cambridge Court, 210 Shepherd's Bush Road, London W6 7NJ, United Kingdom. The representative of KLICK-TIPP LIMITED within the meaning of Article 27 of the GDPR is Waterton Knowledge Center WKC UG, Friedrichstr. 53a, 15537 Erkner, Germany, represented by Ulf Castelle, DSGVO-Vertreter@klicktipp.com. We obtain these services through a main contractual relationship with Digistore24 GmbH, St.-Godehard-Straße 32, 31139 Hildesheim. Digistore24 is a reseller that procures products or services, such as Klick-Tipp, and sells them to buyers without significant further processing. With Klick-Tipp itself, we have additionally concluded an order processing in the sense of Article 28 DSGVO. This ensures that we have full control over the personal data processed there and that Klick-Tipp implements our instructions in a mirror image.
  2. We store your contact data at Klick-Tipp and, where applicable, process the data we process via the online marketing tools described in more detail in this privacy policy. This is because these providers are fully integrated with Klick-Tipp via a secure interface. Therefore, it is possible that Klick-Tipp takes note of this data, whereby - as already mentioned above - Klick-Tipp has no own right of use with regard to this data and is fully subject to our instructions.
  3. Furthermore, Klick-Tipp has the possibility to link your personal data with so-called tags. Klick-Tipp distinguishes between two types of tags: SmartTags: When a contact registers via a registration form, he automatically receives a tag with the name of the registration form in question. Klick-Tipp also automatically sets the tags "Email received", "Email opened", "Email clicked" and "Email viewed in browser". Manual tags: In addition to SmartTags, manual tags can be created. For example, you can tag contacts with the "Customer" tag or, more specifically, with the "Product B purchased" tag.

§ 11 Use of Google Tools

Google Analytics

  1. We use Google Analytics to analyze and continuously improve the usage of our website. The obtained statistics help us enhance our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user.

    We utilize Google Analytics with the "_anonymizeIp()" extension. This ensures that IP addresses are processed in a truncated form, preventing any direct personal identification. If any data collected about you does contain personal information, it will be immediately excluded, and the associated personal data will be promptly deleted.

    Furthermore, this website also employs Google Analytics for cross-device analysis of visitor flows, which is conducted through the use of a User-ID. You have the option to deactivate the cross-device analysis of your usage in your customer account under "My Data" and "Personal Information."

§ 12 Use of Meta tools

Facebook pixel and custom audiences

  1. We implement the Facebook Pixel and Custom Audiences from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

    By using the Facebook Pixel, we can determine the success of Facebook advertisements and whether they have resulted in a purchase. Furthermore, we receive statistical data from Facebook to optimize the effectiveness of our advertisements. We utilize Facebook Custom Audiences with the remarketing function, allowing us to display interest-based advertisements to you, for example, during your visit to Facebook. The usage is based on Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent). It is possible that data may be transferred to the United States. When transferring data to the United States, an adequate level of data protection cannot be guaranteed. In particular, access by authorities in the United States cannot be ruled out. The transfer is based on Art. 49(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent).
